1. SHIPPING

 

 1.1 We endeavour to make the delivery charge very simple and universal to all items you purchase and as such all delivery charges are set out at the shopping cart stage when you come to purchase items. We only deliver with the UK.

1.2 Uusually delivery is within 6 - 8 weeks from your order.

1.3 For medium to large items, our delivery partners will take the item to a room of your choice (including up one flight of stairs), take away the packaging and, in some rare cases which assembly is required, it will be assembled for you. If it is beyond the first floor and/or the delivery address is in apartments, make sure the lifts are working on the day of delivery otherwise we cannot deliver and charges may apply if delivery is aborted in transit. Please refer to our terms and conditions.

2. RETURNS

 

RIGHT TO CANCEL

2.1 Please note this right, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Charges) Regulations 2013, does not apply to any bespoke Products you purchase from us since all are made to order (i.e. products that we create to your specifications or are clearly personalised).

2.2 To exercise the right to cancel, by our discretion a window of 48 hours is permitted from the moment of the order is made, after which the order cannot be stopped. Cancellation must be by the payer and you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract with us by making a clear statement (e.g. a letter by email or a telephone call).

 

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION

2.3 If you cancel your contract with us, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery if applicable.

2.4 We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

2.5 We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

 

FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED

2.6 The Buyer shall be deemed to have explicitly accepted the good 24 hours after delivery unless the Seller has received written notice of defect with photos within those 24 hours. Passed those 24hours, the goods are not refundable. If you are returning the Products to us because they are faulty or miss-described, either we will rectify the error or we will refund: the price of the Product in full; any applicable delivery charges; and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us (other than any costs incurred by you in returning the Products to us in person). As a consumer, you will always have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by the returns policy in this clause 9 or any of the other general Terms of Sale set out in this Section B.

2.7 We will refund you through the payment method used by you to pay.

 

HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS

2.8 We can arrange to collect the Products from your address.

2.9 If you exercise your right because you have a legal right to return the Products as a result of something we have done wrong after dispatch of the Products, the Products must be returned to us. Depending on the item, this may be done either by you arranging for the Products to be returned to us or by us arranging to collect the Products from your address,

2.10 You must take care when opening packaging that the Products were delivered in and carefully re-pack the Products in the original (or similar) packaging prior to returning the Products to us.
